Celebrating your own beauty

Today's Quote is a part of a poem written by Hafiz:

Do you know how beautiful you are?
I think not, my dear

Yet Hafiz could set you upon a stage
And worship you forever

Today's Question: Do you celebrate your own beauty? What do you do to worship yourself?

A Bit About Me:
I started a practice a while back to begin to celebrate my own body. This entailed me thanking a different part of my body each day after my morning shower. I would say to my legs "thank you for holding me up, for being so strong and enabling me to walk through the beauty of this world" and "thank you arms for being strong enough to hold everything that comes my way, for being loving enough to hug my husband every single day." Stuff like that.
I don't do this as much anymore but I do have a practice of telling myself "I love you Yvonne, just the way you are." Look into a mirror and try it sometime, this is in no way an ego thing. This is a loving practice to celebrate you and the essence of you. Louise Hay who has written many books on healing suggests this practice and I think it is an amazing way to see yourself in all of your glory. We always want to be versions of someone else but how about we try being exceptional versions of ourselves?
