"You've wandered so far. From the person you are. Let go brother, let go".

How far have you wandered from the person you are? What would you require to come back to who you are?

Dog Wisdom

Here is a passage taken from my friend Helen's Dog Wisdom book:

Be grateful for your Family, they are your greatest teachers and have shaped the person you are today.
We all have our differences, but try to see beyond them and honour where you came from.

Coaching question:

What life lessons have your family taught you that make you 'you'?

Play around and have fun thinking back to things your mother/father/grandparents used to say that you carry with you...

Have a GREAT day!

Stillness Within

Today's Quote:

"Within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself." Hermann Hesse

Today's question:

In what ways can you find your own stillness?

To find out more about Hermann please visit and

After hearing Eckhart Tolle last night in Melbourne I thought a quote about stillness was best today!

I will be writing about the seminar in the next couple of days and you can view this at

Today's quote is:

"The mind commands the body and it obeys. The mind orders itself and meets resistance." Saint Augustine

Accompanying question for today:

What could be available to you if you surrendered?

Resistance is only us fighting to protect ourselves but in the end it keeps us back from the very thing that will give us a fulfilling life. Give up the fight and be at peace with yourself.....

To find out more about Saint Augustine visit and (for some reason this link will not work but you can cut and paste)!

Stillness Speaks

I meant to mention in the first post that this is a spiritual blog. Therefore I will draw on many different beliefs.

Today's quote (or rather passage from a book- Stillness Speaks by Eckhart Tolle):

Reincarnation doesn't help you if in your next incarnation you still don't know who you are.

Today's accompanying question is:

What would it take to get to know the real you?

More about Eckhart can be found at

The reason I used a passage from his book is that I am going to hear him speak tomorrow night in Melbourne. The seminar is based around his new book A New Earth Awakening to Your Life's Purpose

What's it all about?

Hello and welcome everyone,

My intention for this blog is to provide you with a daily quote and a coaching question to implement into your day. It may provide you with insight and inspiration. Feel free to pop by daily or once a week. It's entirely up to you.
This idea came about when I began emailing two beautiful friends of mine with a daily quote and asked them a coaching question relating to the quote. They liked this and even emailed me back a few!!

So I hope you join in...and enjoy

Please see and for more about me and my work.

Lets get right into it.

Today's Quote is:

"I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." Confucius

Today's accompanying question is:

What can you do today to truly understand something about yourself, those around you or something you have been struggling with?
